If you encounter barriers to the free movement of goods in the EU we would advise you to try to solve the problem through the SOLVIT-network. SOLVIT is an on-line problem solving network in which EU Member States work together to solve, without legal proceedings, problems caused by the misapplication of Internal Market law by public authorities. There is a SOLVIT centre in every EU/EFTA Member State.
You may contact the SOLVIT centre in your own country if experiencing barriers to trade in another member state. Using SOLVIT is free of charge.
