The Danish pavilion teams up with Simply the Group

In Shanghai, they are famous for their delicious Simply Thai restaurants and boutiques with modern Chinese home ware. But Simply the Group also has a catering business called The Party People, and they will be in charge of catering for the Danish pavilion in close collaboration with Danish chef, author and restaurant owner Adam Aamann.

- We will introduce the best of Denmark to all visitors to the Danish pavilion. Food is an integral part of a country’s culture, and visitors will get a taste of Denmark when they come to the pavilion and, hopefully, experience part of the Danish lifestyle through the food, says Richard Lim, the founder and CEO of Simply the Group.
