The Danish prime minister congratulates China with Expo 2010

An Expo greeting from the Danish prime minister was aired today on CCTV's (China Central Television) Expo webpage.

The prime minister, Lars Løkke Rasmussen, said:

- At Expo 2010 we would like to share with you Denmark’s strong tradition when it comes to creating sustainable and harmonious cities where people thrive without sacrificing economic growth. China and the other participating countries will be a source of inspiration to us in terms of how we ensure sustainability in the cities of the future. By sending the Little Mermaid to Shanghai and by sharing our high-tech solutions with China, and all other nations and visitors, Denmark is doing its utmost to ensure that the Expo 2010 in Shanghai will be a great success.
