Rent the VIP facilities in the Danish Pavilion
You now have the opportunity to rent the exclusive meeting and business event area inside the Danish pavilion as there are still a limited number of days left, especially in July and October, not occupied by our Expo partners.
The meeting and business event area is located at the lower floor. The area measures 117 square meters and will hold a maximum capacity of 80 persons for dinner settings and 100 persons for conferences and receptions.
The room has a large glass façade, allowing visitors a view of the pool and a glimpse of the Little Mermaid. The pool is divided in two sections – a paddling pool for children to play in, and a deep section functioning as a natural light source for the meeting and business event area.
The area can provide the framework for a wide range of activities and events such as business meetings, seminars, press conferences, product launches, mini exhibits, briefing events, AV presentations, breakfasts, lunches, dinners and receptions.
At previous Expo’s the meeting and business area was successfully used by VIP groups for company and pavilion briefings followed by pre-booked visits to other selected pavilions. At this Expo a full or half day program could start with a visit to some of the other pavilions, followed by a visit to the Danish Pavilion including a snack/breakfast/lunch/dinner/reception.
The rent for the facilities is DKK 8,000 for the entire day and DKK 5,000 for half a day (either 9.30am – 2.30pm or 3.30pm – 9.30pm). The fee covers cleaning and personnel. The fee does not include entrance to the Expo site.
On request, the rent could include the following services:
1. Introduction to Expo 2010.
2. A guided tour of the Danish Pavilion.
3. Tableware for the number of persons specified.
4. A pavilion VIP host (speaking both English and Chinese).
Booking fee (only for non-partners of the Danish Pavilion)
A deposit fee of DKK 1,000 (non-refundable) is required when a reservation of the meeting- and business-event area request is made. Only reservation requests with prepaid deposit fee will be considered. The deposit fee will be collected in connection with the reservation-confirmation and will be set off against the renting fee.
Booking of the facilities should be made to the Expo 2010 Secretariat and will be based on a first come first served basis.
