Celebration of Welfairytales in Shanghai

More than 300 guests attended the sneak preview of the Danish pavilion on 30 November to celebrate the completion of the raw building.

Speakers included the Danish Minister for the Environment, Troels Lund Poulsen, who had travelled to Shanghai for that occasion, and the architect of the Danish Pavilion, Bjarke Ingels of BIG, who explained the special features of the pavilion. Several Chinese and Danish media organisations were present, which resulted in more than 20 articles and features in both print and electronic media in Denmark and China.
