Danish Technological Institute participates as a partner in the exhibition theme: “Bright as daylight - How to create more quality with less energy” at the official Danish pavilion ”Circulos de agua” and has provided know-how, ideas and input for this theme of great immediate interest.
In addition, Danish Technological Institute is a supplier and co-operation partner for more than 14,000 Danish and foreign companies. The Institute provides services such as testing, consultancy, research, development, documentation, information and competence development. Danish Technological Institute has know-how of energy efficiency improvements and CO2 emission reduction. Furthermore, the Institute participates in the entire value chain right from development and consultancy to documentation and courses. In the past 10 years, efforts within construction, accommodation and behaviour patterns i.a. lead to the creation of VillaVision. The next step is EnergyFlexHouse which will be ready for use in 2009. EnergyFlexHouse will be a development platform for Danish and foreign partners and suppliers in the energy trade. Fermenters of new ideas, manufacturers, suppliers, consultants, research institutions, information centres, charitable foundations and consumers in general will be able to draw inspiration from EnergyFlexHouse for new energy and building solutions.
