Attractive meeting and business event area in the Danish pavilion
Danish companies and institutions together with their subsidiaries in China are invited to use the meeting and business event area of the Danish pavilion at EXPO 2010 Shanghai. The facilities are first-class and offer the visitors a view of the Little Mermaid in her pool.
The meeting and business event area will be placed below ground level. The area measures 117m2 and will have a maximum capacity of 100 persons for dinner settings and 120 persons for conference settings and receptions.
The room has a large glass façade, allowing visitors a view of the Little Mermaid and the pool. The meeting and business event area is equipped with AV equipment and different types of furniture allowing conferences, dinner setups and other events

The area provides an interesting and different framework for a wide range of activities and events such as business meetings, seminars, press conferences, product launches, receptions, etc.
The inspiring Danish surroundings will certainly offer Danish companies and private and public organisations an excellent opportunity to socialise with their partners.
At previous EXPOs, the meeting and business event area was successfully used by VIP groups for company and pavilion briefings followed by pre-booked visits to other selected pavilions.

The rent for the facilities is DKK 8,000 for the entire day and DKK 5,000 for half a day (either 9.30am – 2.30pm or 3.30pm – 9.30pm). The fee covers cleaning and personnel. The fee does not include entrance to the EXPO site.
